Hench Robotics palletizing robot is made to stack carton boxes produced from production line into a pallet in the preset pattern of your choice automatically without human supervision. This palletizer robot capable of handle various size carton boxes from less than 1 kg to 30 kg. Conventional large size palletizing robots are made to handle heavy objects that hard for human to manage, As robot prices decreases while production rate and wages keep increasing, it's making perfect sense to replace human labor with robots eventhough the products are lightweight. 

Payload of this palletizing robot is 30 kg. Payload is refering to the weight of the carton box to be picked up by robot arm. If your boxes are less than 30 kg, this model is suitable for your usage.

In palletizing process, it's important to find an optimum pattern to maximise the space available at the pallet. It's common to have different patterns across different products in a factory. Hench Cobot Palletizer have a built in pattern selector that able to change pattern or create new pattern with just a few clicks.
